Orders are processed in AED unless another supported checkout currency is clearly shown.

Delivery is performed by third-party courier providers. Unless installation is expressly included in the order, installation is not provided by Alkhatt. The customer is responsible for selecting appropriate fixings and a suitable installer. Alkhatt is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or third-party installation. This does not limit any statutory rights relating to an original defect in the product.
Customized and personalized products are produced according to the information approved or entered by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking names, numbers, wording, size and selected options before confirming the order.
Payment information is processed through secure payment providers and full card details are not stored on our website servers.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Individuals under 18 may not complete purchases without appropriate parent or guardian supervision or consent.
